Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During sales, special events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

• Flat Rate Shipping: $8.99
• FREE Shipping: Orders of $125 or more
• FREE In-Store Pickup: Available during checkout

Shipping charges are calculated before taxes and after applicable discounts.

Local Pickup

Customers may select Free In-Store Pickup at checkout.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this confirmation before visiting the shop.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Finally Together Quilt Shop is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before being resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and item.

If a package is lost in transit, we will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to locate your shipment.

Finally Together Quilt Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
